Google API Services & Google User Data Disclosure
ForeverFan Music Inc. uses Google API Services to support calendar-based scheduling and booking functionality. This section describes how ForeverFan accesses, uses, stores, and protects Google user data in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements.
Data Accessed
When a user connects their Google account, ForeverFan may access Google Calendar data, including:
Calendar lists (calendar names and identifiers)
Calendar events and availability information necessary to display scheduling availability
Calendar events created or managed through ForeverFan bookings
Event metadata such as event title, start and end time, attendees, and meeting links
ForeverFan does not modify or delete calendar events that were not created through the platform.
Data Usage
Google Calendar data is used solely to:
Display availability for scheduling
Create, update, and delete calendar events initiated by the user through ForeverFan
Prevent double bookings and manage confirmed bookings
Google user data is not used for advertising, resale, or analytics unrelated to scheduling functionality.
Data Sharing
ForeverFan does not sell or share Google user data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Google user data may be processed by trusted service providers acting solely as data processors (such as cloud hosting providers) and only to operate and maintain the service.
Data Storage & Protection
Google user data is stored securely using reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted data transmission and restricted internal access.
Data Retention & Deletion
Google Calendar data required to manage bookings is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service and no longer than one year by default.
Users may disconnect their Google account at any time, which immediately revokes ForeverFan’s access. Users may also request deletion of associated Google user data by contacting deletion@foreverfanmusic.com. Users may also delete their ForeverFan account, which removes associated Google user data from our systems.
Policy Compliance
ForeverFan’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Additional General Information Handling Practices
We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.
Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.
We will collect and use personal information solely for fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other ancillary purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.

Connections with your Spotify account to our service can be disconnected at any time within Spotify itself.
We will only retain personal information for as long as necessary for the fulfilment of those purposes.
We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained. ForeverFan Music INC may change this privacy policy from time to time at ForeverFan Music INC's sole discretion.
